THE Federal Government has declared December Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th 2022 and January 2nd, 2023 as public holidays to celebrate the Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, made the announcement via his official Facebook page on Friday.
The minister urged Christians and Nigerians to make the best use of the festive period to pray for the total eradication of insecurity in Nigeria.
He also advised Nigerians to be security conscious and report any suspicious persons or activities to the nearest security agency.
