SINGER Portable has been arrested by the police in Lagos State over an alleged N14 million debt being the unpaid balance of a G-Wagon he bought recently.
The weird singer, whose real named Habeeb Okikiola, was said to have bought the G-Wagon valued at N27 million from a car dealer in the state.
Stonix News gathered that he reportedly paid only N13 million and has refused to pay the balance of N14 million, claiming the value was bad.
The command’s spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, has confirmed the singer arrest in a statement to newsmen and the crooner is expected to spend the night in police cell.
Recall Portable, in a recent viral footages, displayed his over N100 million worth of mansion acquired at Snake Island in Lagos.
