PRESIDENTIAL candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, says Nigerians should expect one million jobs in his first 24 months if voted into power.
Former Lagos Deputy Governor Otunba Femi Pedro gave the assurances of the one million jobs in Abuja while explaining the manifesto of the septuagenarian at a one-way symposium.
Pedro said Tinubu has 12 key economic points to get Nigeria out of the current economic doldrums.
Other key economic activities that Tinubu will implement, according to him included: to bring back manufacturing companies like Dunlop that left the country many years ago, resuscitate the commodity boards, empower women, expand infrastructure provision and curtail the run-away inflation.
Stonix News reports that Bola Ahmed Tinubu, being the national of the APC which has been in power since 2015, hasn’t explain why the government he’s part of has, according to experts, left the economy of the country in tatters and penury with Nigerians groaning under debilitating hunger.
