A People’s Democratic Party (PDP) delegate, Mr. Tanko Rossi Sabo, who came back from the special national convention with huge amount of money shared it all with his community in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

Tanko Sabo shares money at primary school in Kaduna
This was disclosed by a former Special Adviser Media to late Governor Ibrahim Yakowa of Kaduna State, Reuben Buhari in an interview with journalists.
He said Sabo spent N7 million alone on the less privileged in his community.
“He bought jerseys, paid school fees and hospital fees. He distributed the rest to other support groups,” said Buhari.
“Whatever is the argument on whether he was right in collecting the money or not, my consolation is that hundreds of the less privileged in his community are smiling today. For that, I say well done Tanko,” he enthused.
Stonix News reports that Tanko Rossi Sabo was among the Kaduna State delegates who were at the National Convention of the PDP hwere former Vice President Atiku Abubakar emerged as the Presidential candidate of the party ahead of the 2023 election.
Break down of how the delegate shared the money:
“Based on the promises I made to you if you give me the opportunity to be PDP delegate, here is how I shared what I got;.
(1) ₦46,000 to 150 orphans and less privileged, for WAEC/NECO i.e. ₦6.9m plus ₦100,000 for logistics to the 5-man committee to select ans pay for them, totalling ₦7m.
(2) 42 customized football jerseys including goal keepers wear, sox and coach track suit at the tune of ₦3.3m
(3) ₦1.3m for 187 wards executives and 18 LG executives
(4) ₦350,00 for my supporters, elders, women, executive beggars i.e. “maroka” or hailers
(4) Mr. Danladi Janda got ₦100,000
(5) We later discover that we left out boys from Dogon Daji, Gani, and Samba boys of Bokana were not captured among the beneficiaries. We will make it up for them on Monday.”
