AHEAD of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primaries in Ondo State, the only professor in the race, Professor Francis Adedayo Faduyile, a Professor of Pathology and Forensic Medicine, has been successfully screened by the party’s screening committee.
Stonix News reports that Professor Faduyile is a university teacher, writer, philanthropist, activist and a prince of Ikale Kingdom in Ondo State.

The screening was held at the National Headquarters of the Party, and Professor Faduyile, who’s said to be among the youngest governorship aspirants was reportedly unruffled as he excellently attended to the panelists made up of reputable and highly skilled experts.
Faduyile, who’s a former President of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), also reportedly stood tall to showcase his medals and unblemished profile as a seasoned academic and an astute administrator.
Prof. Faduyile Media Team, in a statement signed by Paul Oniyemofe and made available to Stonix News on Saturday, averred that the aspirant’s unique selling point “which has often won the hearts of millions of Ondo State indigenes and extolled by them, has become a pathway to the fulfillments of their dreams and aspirations for a new Ondo State.”

According to the group, “with the success of the screening exercise, Professor Faduyile is now ready to surmount every mountain to win the APC ticket come April 20, 2024, even as he pledged to provide the quality leadership needed to take Ondo State to an enviable height in the various sectors of the economy, ensuring the expansion of modern infrastructure that will guarantee job creation, technological advancement, quality healthcare services, social insurance and welfare scheme, agriculture, massive industrialisation, sports and many more.
