Unfortunately, Mr and Mrs Uzodike were left with six babies after one of the girls died, according to the family.

The family are seeking funds after they were slammed a whopping N19 million as charges from the hospital.

While speaking with our source’s correspondent on Wednesday, the lecturer revealed that she had not been paid salaries since she started working at the University in December 2020.

The husband, Mr Celestine Uzodike, during an interview with a reporter, appealed to the Federal Government to come to their aid and also pay the two years salary arrears of his wife; the new mother.

“One of them has dies, remaining six babies, that is why they bill us like that,” he said
