CNL has engaged Dragnet Solutions Limited (DSL), a provider with expertise in online assessments, to administer these aptitude tests for prospective candidates.
Through the online testing approach, candidates can participate from diverse locations, making the process more convenient and inclusive, particularly for those with physical or logistical constraints.
This system aims to provide equal opportunities for all applicants, including candidates with disabilities.
Olusoga Oduselu, CNL’s General Manager of Policy, Government, and Public Affairs, acknowledged that some candidates encountered technical difficulties during their scheduled test periods.
In response, CNL collaborated closely with DSL to address these concerns, promptly.
To resolve the issues, CNL organised repeat tests for candidates who reported technical challenges or were unable to participate at their designated times.
This action underscores CNL’s commitment to an equitable recruitment process.
“All isolated cases of system glitches have been addressed by our consultant, and the transparent, all-inclusive recruitment process continues.
“Applicants and various stakeholders have commended this act of goodwill,” Oduselu remarked.
Chevron Nigeria assures stakeholders that its recruitment process remains transparent, fair, and compliant with relevant laws and regulatory standards, ensuring every qualified candidate has an equal opportunity to compete for available positions.
