Luck ran out of a suspected serial thief who specialises in stealing electric cables and prepaid metres in Ginuwa, Agbassa and environs in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, at the wee hours of Monday January 17, 2022, as he was caught doing what he knows how to do best.
He was identified as Dele and is believed to be the brain behind the thieving of several missing prepaid metres in and around the area.
He was caught, stripped naked by Agbassa community vigilante men and paraded openly around Ginuwa Junction along Warri Sapele road.
Dele’s resident is a one-storey building located beside the two-storey building playing host to The Punch newspaper and a popular firm, CKC.
The suspect had once described himself as a contract staff of the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) to Stonix News when he was contracted to fix a faulty electricity in his office.
