According to Ayeni Abayomi, Chatta revealed that he spent N1.4 billion on the project without borrowing any money.
The movie star mentioned that he had never done shout outs before but started when he needed extra income.

He revealed that each shout out brought him N300k, and many people were asking for them at that time.
In the video, he revealed that he had no savings before starting the project, but he felt it was the right time from God.

He said he promised God he would have faith, and God came through for him.
He also noted that he owns land in another place but lacked the funds to finish the construction there.

In one of his properties, he had constructed it up to the Lintel level and was praying to God for money to complete it.
The actor also expressed gratitude to God, sharing that help came when many actors were overlooked.

The movie star also mentioned that he didn’t consider himself superior to his fellow actors in terms of acting skills.
Last week, pictures showing the aerial view and the interior of the film village circulated online.
