By Nigeria Vice President Yemi Osinbajo says he wasn’t involved in a car crash early Monday morning in Abuja while on his way to Owo, Ondo State.
He, however, thanked his numerous admirers and well-wishers for their calls and sincere concerns when it was rumoured that he was involved in a car crash.
The Professor of Law, in his official Facebook handle, quipped: “Thank you all for the calls and concern. I was not involved in an accident.
“On my way to the airport to travel to Ondo, we ran into an accident scene. My security and medical teams assisted in removing the victims of the crash from the scene
“They have been transported to the Airforce Base hospital.”
Osinbajo’s media aide, Laolu Akande, had earlier debunked the tale that his boss was involved in a road accident.
