NEWLY sworn-in governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborovweri, has appointed Vanguard’s Senior Reporter, Festus Ahon, as Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
Mr Dennis Otu, in the employ of the state’s print media, The Pointer, was the governor’s CPS in his six years as speaker of the state House of Assembly.
Ahon’s appointment followed Oborevwori’s swearing-in as governor of the oil-rich state on Monday.
Meanwhile, the new CPS has confirmed his appointment.
