The state’s police spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi, in a statement on Sunday 5th, said a report was lodged at Idiroko divisional headquarters by a community leader in Ihunbo town, Alfa Akeem, which led the detectives to the suspect.
According to Oyeyemi, Akeem came to the station with the yet-to-be-identified victim and reported that the 30-year-old suspect shot the victim for refusing to stop having an affair with his younger sister.
