TRAGEDY struck Dallas, after a vehicle crashed into a group of teenagers who, according to police, were riding stolen horses.
A 14-year-old lost his life and two other teenagers were injured in the crash that happened in the early hours of Tuesday 14th, at Great Trinity Forest and Julius Schepps Freeway.
The yet-to-be-identified 14-year-old suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two victims, 16 and 17, were taken to the hospital.
Authorities confirmed that one horse died and another had to be resuscitated at the scene by a veterinarian.
The third horse was injured but is expected to survive.
Police also confirmed that no charges will be filed against the driver of the vehicle.
