MEMBERS of the Nigerian Army Military Police on Monday allegedly whipped and detained a man suspected to be smoking illegal substances during the final rally for APC presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The campaign rally held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos ahead of the Nigerian presidential election.
This was disclosed in the official Twitter handle of Channels Television on Tuesday with a photo Photo by Michele Spatari / AFP, attached.
The Nigerian Army authority has neither refuted nor confirm the story.
