The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested a former House of Representatives Speaker, Patricia Olubunmi Etteh, over an alleged N130 million solar streetlight fraud committed in Akwa Ibom State in 2011.
The Project was awarded by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
Ms Etteh was speaker during the second term of former President Olusegun Obasanjo under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
