POPULAR Nigerian music couple, Adekunle Gold and his wife, Simisola Kosoko, popularly known as Simi, have reportedly welcomed a set of twins.
Adekunle Gold confirmed the happy development via his Snapchat page, where he hinted at the arrival of the babies with a heartfelt message.
“Asked God for another child and He blessed me double,” the singer wrote.
He further fuelled the excitement by sharing a photograph of two baby outfits bearing the inscription “Double Trouble,” widely interpreted by fans as confirmation of the birth of twins.
The announcement comes weeks after the couple revealed in December 2025 that they were expecting another child, a disclosure that drew an outpouring of congratulatory messages across social media platforms.
Around the same period, Simi made a notable appearance with a visible baby bump in the music video for Adekunle Gold’s song “My Love Is The Same,” released on December 24, 2025.
The heart-warming video captured intimate family moments, featuring the couple alongside their daughter, Deja.
Adekunle Gold and Simi tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony on January 9, 2019. They welcomed their first child, Adejare, on May 30, 2020.
The news of the twins has since sparked widespread celebration among fans and colleagues within Nigeria’s entertainment industry, many of whom have taken to social media to congratulate the couple on their growing family.
