FOR years, she remained in the shadows—a private woman who deliberately avoided the spotlight despite being married to one of Nigeria’s most recognisable media personalities. But now, following their divorce and public accusations branding her an “unfaithful wife”, the estranged wife of Frank Edoho has finally spoken.
And she is not holding back.
In a lengthy, emotionally charged series of posts shared via her social media channels, the interior designer, whose name has largely remained out of public circulation, offered what she describes as her side of a deeply acrimonious saga.

Frank Edoho
”I refuse to be tagged an unfaithful wife, a prostitute, or an ashewo as I have been pegged these past few days,” she wrote, opening her testimony with a firm rejection of the labels attached to her.
A Love Against All Warnings
The woman, who shares young children with the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? host, revealed that their marriage began against the wishes of her own family.
”He didn’t come as the most eligible bachelor,” she admitted. “However, I loved him with all my heart and soul, against the wishes of my family.”
She described herself as having been “faithful to the core” throughout the union, adding that Edoho had once proudly boasted about her to friends and colleagues. But that narrative, she says, concealed a far darker reality.
Allegations of Abuse and Humiliation
The most harrowing portions of her statement detail alleged physical and emotional abuse.

Evidence of brutality
”I was constantly humiliated, physically abused and traumatised,” she claimed, stating that photographic evidence exists to support her allegations. “Videos dey… but let’s keep that one aside.”
She went on to claim that she had access to his passwords for more than three months before the marriage collapsed—a window, she says, through which she watched his alleged movements in silence.
”You didn’t know I had your passwords for over three months,” she wrote. “Frolicking with so many women including the one you jog with at 6am in the morning in our estate. Craziest work.”
According to her, every time she suggested they jog together, Edoho would respond with anger. “You would harshly quarrel with me and storm out of the house only to go romance in VGC park. I kept quiet.”
Financial Claims and a Sold Property
Perhaps the most striking financial allegation involves the sale of a property she says she purchased with her own earnings.
”Sold my property that I bought with my hard-earned sweat for peanuts,” she wrote. “The kitchen alone in that house cost me almost the amount you sold that house because you were desperate to do dirty December.”
She also claimed to have been single-handedly paying off a Range Rover car loan, and alleged that she repeatedly found “cheap lipglosses, earrings and hair brushes” in their home following her husband’s nights out—items she says he attributed to a married manager’s girlfriend.
A Threat That Became a Turning Point
The breaking point, she says, came when she claims Edoho threatened to kill her.

”You held a dumbbell and wanted to smash my face, saying, ‘I will destroy your face so no man can ever see your beauty again,'” she alleged.
”When you threatened to kill me at night, I knew this was my cue to leave and never look back.”
She added that even Edoho’s sister reportedly expressed shock at her tolerance. “Even your sister, Eno Edoho, agreed that ‘she could never get married to a man like her brother’ and was in shock that I covered up for you all these years.”
The ‘Bestie’ Who Moved Into Her Home
In a section that has drawn considerable attention online, the estranged wife turned her focus to Amaka Okeke (@diaryofalionqueen), a married woman whom she described as her husband’s “soulmate”.
”Recently, when you said you have found your soulmate in ‘Tea with Tay’ podcast, I was so happy for you,” she wrote with palpable irony. “At least you go commot eye for my body.”
She alleged that Okeke eventually moved into their home. “Hanging her cheap clothes in my closet that I built with my sweat, and laying on my matrimonial bed, I kept quiet.”
A Message to Women
Beyond the personal grievances, the interior designer used her platform to address what she sees as a wider societal problem.
”It’s this social mentality that men and marriage is the price that keeps women in shackles of sadness all in the name of remaining in an unhappy marriage or relationship that saps the life out of them,” she wrote.
”As long as I am happy with who I am and who I am with, then that’s all that matters. And if the relationship doesn’t work out, we still move. Women need to hold themselves in higher esteem, to be honest.”
Moving Forward
After years of guarding her privacy, she expressed regret at having to expose her personal life to public scrutiny—but said she felt compelled to do so for the sake of her children.
”I have always lived a very private life and I can’t believe that I am here having to explain and expose myself to public scrutiny, debate, skits and AI videos,” she said.
”I have never cared about public perception or opinions and it won’t start now. Nobody even knew me as Frank Edoho’s wife—that’s to show you how much I protected myself in privacy. Well, now you know me as his ex.”
She concluded with a defiant return to her professional identity: “Now back to what I know how to do best—designing the most exclusive homes around the world.”
This is a developing story.
