Peter Obi, Kwankwaso Defect to Newly Registered NDC

Presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 general election, Peter Obi and former Kano State governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso have defected to the newly registered Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC.

They announced their defection after a closed door meeting with the national leader of the party, Senator Seriake Dickson at his residence in Abuja.

Their defection to the NDC is coming few months after both Peter Obi and Kwankwaso joined the ADC from their respective political parties.
