THE National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that the 2026 Batch ‘C’ Stream One orientation course will begin on Wednesday, 30 September, and run through Tuesday, 20 October 2026.
In a statement signed by Caroline Embu, the Director of Information and Public Relations for NYSC, registration for all corps members will begin on Wednesday, 30 September, and conclude on Friday, 2 October.
The Swearing-in Ceremony is to hold on Friday, 2 October.
The three-week exercise is scheduled to take place in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
DG Wishes Corps Members Safe Travels
The Director General of NYSC, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, wishes all prospective corps members and course officials safe trips to their respective orientation camps.
Wrapping up his address, he left the prospective corps members with a vital safety reminder: steer clear of night journeys and always use official motor parks when travelling to their final destinations.
