By I had just ended a class with my students when one of the ladies in the class started advertising her product to her classmates.
I was curious, I wanted to know what she was selling. It was plantain chips.
I had a push to patronise her, not because I wanted to eat plantain chips nor because I had money to throw around.

I bought some plantain chips from her because I wanted to encourage her. When I see young people making efforts, I encourage them in my little way.
Patronising this young lady was my little way of encouraging her and she was happy and impressed.
Dear reader, in whatever capacity you can, please support someone around you. Your patronage, words of encouragement, referral, a pat on the back, cheer, presence, counsel, etc. all go a long way.
Your little support might be what they need to keep going. That support means a lot.
